VADEHAVET

The danish world heritage site “Vadehavet” is a place of extraordinary natural beauty. An updated joint strategy was created, between the 4 municipalities in the area. My job, in collaboration with the communication bureau Resonans, was to create a video with the 4 mayors addressing the main themes of the new strategy. This video is meant to engage all the stakeholders of Vadehavet.

Employee branding

Nestlé

Like many companies, Nestlé finds it challenging to keep employees from changing jobs. Especially young talents can be tricky to maintain. In this project, I worked with Nestlé employees from the four Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland) in a joint effort to emphasize why employees should consider a long career in Nestlé. I created several videos that were used alongside a broader HR campaign in the Nordic region.

Innovation & collaboration

VELUX

VELUX decided to engage the entire company in an Innovation Challenge. With more than 10.000 employees scattered around the world, this challenge was a massive endeavor that took a whole year to complete. My role was to inform the organization (through video production) about the process and progress from start to finish. Everyone could submit an innovation proposition. The goal was to innovate as much as possible. From the sales department in Scotland, the materials experts in Holland, factories and production in Denmark, etc. Though the primary goal of the campaign was to innovate. My mission, in collaboration with the HR department, was to engage the employees and create a strong connection between the many departments around the world.

Conferences and streaming

Danish Society of Engineers, IDA

It requires a lot of resources and administration to create conferences. If done right, they have a clear focus and a strong message to the participants. This, however, can be difficult to convey to everyone who wasn't there. In an effort to extend the lifespan of IDAs conferences, I created engaging summary-videos from the conferences. These slightly dramatized videos directly boosted engagement on their webinar website. In addition, I coordinated the streaming of all the sessions throughout the conferences for everyone following along online. With the global pandemic, streaming has become more relevant than ever.

Often interviews with key figures are the best way to convey your message and tell a compelling story. But in some cases, I find that the story is best told with visuals and music alone. In its purest form, filmmaking can be such a powerful way to create an emotional connection with your audience.

Change management

Enuda

Some industries are going through major transformations these years and change management is more relevant than ever before. Any IT project can fail if the organizational change isn't considered carefully. Especially if an external company is in charge of developing the system. My work with Enuda consists of informing their clients about the latest developments in SCADA systems. Educating key managers can be critical for the companies overall attitude towards the disruption of IT infrastructure. This video is an example of my work with educational content. The video is part of a series that explains why updating SCADA systems can be worth the hassle.
